A clearer course from service discovery to scheduling.

Someone looking for care needs clear bearings: the right service, the right location and a way to reach the scheduling team. We follow that course through calls, forms and referrals to find where requests lose direction.

Charting the course

01 / Discovery

Help people find their bearings.

We would compare the language people use when looking for care with the way services and locations appear on the site. If a visitor needs a different location or a referral first, that should be clear before they call.

02 / Handoff

Keep the scheduling handoff on course.

Calls, forms and referral paths can reach different people. We ask who receives each request, when it is answered, and how scheduling closes the loop. A count of submitted forms says little about whether someone reached the right next step.

03 / Decision

Set direction with information you can review.

The useful questions are practical: which service pages prompt contact, which contact paths stall, and where staff must redirect a request? We would establish what the organization can review responsibly before proposing changes to reporting. Our review would stay within the information the organization authorizes us to examine.
