Braided glacial river running through a broad valley beneath gathering clouds

Navigate with clarity.

We spend a week inside your business, learn how growth moves through it, and leave you with a written account of what is working, what needs attention, and what to do next.

Explore the week

Climb to the crow's nest. See the whole horizon.

Day-to-day work makes it difficult to see the whole system. Teams know their part. Reports describe pieces. Leadership feels the friction, but the source is often harder to name.

Legacy comes aboard to gain that height, connect the evidence, and make the tradeoffs visible. We look at marketing, sales, lead handling, customer behavior, data, technology, and the decisions holding it all together. Then we plot that view into a course your crew can sail.

Advice that does not require another sale.

The week stands on its own. The work has a defined beginning, a defined end, and a useful outcome whether or not Legacy is involved afterward.

We will tell you what we see, including what is already working well. Your team can carry the roadmap forward, hand it to current partners, or ask us to help. The right answer is the one that puts the business on the strongest course.

One week, structured around the work.

Monday and Friday make room for travel and context. Tuesday through Thursday carry the weight of the review.

  1. 01

    Monday

    Arrive and establish the context

Travel, meet the people closest to the work, and hear how leadership sees the business today. We align on the questions the week needs to answer before the deeper review begins.

  2. 02

    Tuesday

    Read the current position

We examine marketing activity, customer acquisition, lead flow, sales conversion, measurement, and the systems connecting them. Interviews and working sessions add context the numbers cannot provide alone.

  3. 03

    Wednesday

    Follow the evidence

We work through analytics, campaign data, calls, CRM records, reporting, and the customer journey. The goal is to separate what is creating progress from what is creating noise or waste.

  4. 04

    Thursday

    Set the course

We share the findings, pressure-test priorities with leadership, and turn the evidence into a practical roadmap. Decisions are sequenced, responsibilities are clear, and the next move is understood.

  5. 05

    Friday

    Hand off and head home

We close the loop with leadership, confirm the path forward, and travel home. The written findings and roadmap follow the decisions made together during the week.

Deliverables your team can put to work.

Growth diagnostic

A clear account of what is working, what is holding growth back, and the evidence behind each conclusion.

Channel and budget direction

Where attention and spend should move, what should be protected, and what should stop consuming resources.

Lead-flow recommendations

Practical changes to response, routing, ownership, follow-up, and the path from first interest to a real sales conversation.

Measurement framework

A smaller, more useful set of measures leadership can trust and review consistently.

Sequenced roadmap

A prioritized plan that shows what to address first, what can wait, who should own it, and how the work fits together.

What is included.

One focused engagement. No open-ended retainer, padded meeting calendar, or dependency on proprietary tools.

  • Preparation and review before arrival
  • Three full working days on site, Tuesday through Thursday
  • Leadership, marketing, sales, and operations conversations
  • Review of the available marketing, call, CRM, and performance data

Understand The Roadmap

Know what the week asks of you.

Do we have to replace our agency or team?

No. This work is meant to make the next decision clearer. If an existing team or partner is doing strong work, the roadmap should help them do more of it. If something needs to change, we will explain why.

What access will you need?

Enough read access to understand the full path from attention to revenue. That often includes advertising accounts, analytics, call tracking, CRM records, sales reporting, and the reports leadership already uses.

Who should be involved?

The people who own the decisions and the people closest to the work. That usually means a small group from leadership, marketing, sales, operations, and finance rather than a room full of observers.

Is this a pitch for more Legacy services?

No. The engagement stands on its own. You may ask Legacy to help with the roadmap afterward, take it to your current partners, or execute it internally. The recommendations do not depend on hiring us again.

The investment
